Nut the Egyptian Sky Goddess is she who gives birth to the Sun-god daily. He passes through her body from sunrise to sunset and then from sunset to sunrise. Her husband, Geb depicts the hills and valleys of earth beneath her. Separated and oposite but dynamically touching they keep life moving in order.
